Just proves that certain people should not rap. Nice try but stick to talking..........

I like your show but please stop with the bad sound effects. I can tolerate the sounds between subjects, but this one was way too heavy with bad "wacky morning show" stuff.

Also, when you are a parent your life is defined by your child before they even leave the womb. To say that these parents should have gotten out to have more fun shows how incredibly limited you are in your focus. I have no stance on the subject, as I am not a member of her family, but you sounded sooooooo bad talking about this.

Thanks for the compliment, your listens and your feedback! Good or bad, we'll take it a positive that you care enough to write. Now maybe I can get Pat off my back for always complaining why "nobody ever leaves comments"...

    Hi hi-

Enjoyed the show- I was glad to get 3 mentions (yes Im counting). For the record my objection to talk cinema is mostly the Sunday 10am timing- I'm still drinking my Java. Jeff- you weren't that bad abut the Nespresso- you were equally excited to have me try it- it WAS great! Finally what happened to Brunch???

    Rap was fun!!

I like the sound effects- guess different strokes for diff folks.

Thanks Susan! Pat and I like the sound effects as well. Unless I hear a dramatic movement to get rid of them, I'm sure I will keep them in ;-) I'm guessing more people like them than not.

get rid of the sound effect please!!!
The segment "getting to know you" is a kind of nascisist... it would be nicer to get to know you just listening to your comments about different subjects, mixed with some personal information.
You are not doing "the word of the week anymore?"
Good job with all the music!... the rap was funny but... don't do it again please!!!

Okay, this is what your "rap" song is... extremely white vocal track over vaguely late '70's Steely Dan-meets-early '80's English sound (Human League) = give it up (in the original context)

I think I want to pod-swap with Pat. Unfortunately for Jeff, my wife doesn't do a podcast. Maybe I can hook you up with Lance Anderson's girlfriend, Monkey? I don't know...

Thanks for listening to my show, and giving me a mention, even though Pat doesn't want to hear from my son. ( Just makes me want to pod-swap more) I really do appreciate the kind words.

Great show. Keep on keeping on. That Brady-bunch picture thing of you guys is killer. It made me want to check you guys out. Lots of fun.

A tube mic? Is that the coolest or what? Mine is junk. Any recommendations?

    Enough from me, I'm babbling.

Donald Fagan (is that your real name? lol) - exactly! That's why it's funny! Very white vocals and lyrics over a silly beat. Funny. Guess not for you... oh well, fair enough - still makes ME laugh ;-)

Dan, LOL - you have to know Pat - she has a very low tolerance for kid annoyance though she adores HER nieces and nephews - go figure! I think a pod-swap with Pat could make for a very entertaining bit - but you do have to talk about kids, you know ;-)

On the mic thing, for podcasts I don't really think you need anything too fancy - I only have the tube mic because of some of the home music production. But you can get a great large condensor mic these days for $100 that would be great for podcasting. Highly recommended at that price (i've done a lot of research in the past) would be the Marshall MXL V67 or the Studio Projects B1. Of course ask anybody about mics and you'll get different answers...
